High Sensitivity Course - Western Times

Learn to manage your high sensitivity and make it a blessing for yourself and others.

Ten meetings every Sunday from September 29 to December 8, 2024
No meeting on November 3: It is a silent week for intentional letting go.
  

Highly sensitive people (HSP) are characterized by passion, creativity, holistic thinking, multilayered perception of complex connections, precision, high bodily awareness, stylistic confidence, empathy, altruism, humor, foresight, and loyalty to their beliefs.

On the other hand, increased sensitivity and receptivity can lead to stress symptoms and many other difficulties that severely limit everyday life.

How is the course structured?

Hundhammer Theodor

We meet online for 1.5 hours weekly, for 10 sessions, and work in small, coordinated groups of about six participants.

The course leader is Theodor Hundhammer, who will discuss with you the different layers of our personality and the associated aspects of high sensitivity, and will explain and demonstrate the exercises adapted to them.

Above all, you will have enough time to get to know and appreciate yourself and your high sensitivity from different perspectives, exchange experiences in small groups, and support each other. Our moderators will accompany you and organize additional exchanges during the week if desired.

  • learn how to process experiences so they don't "weigh heavily on your soul".
  • learn protective mechanisms that reduce the intensity of impressions while preserving the information they contain, without diminishing the depth and precision of HSP.
  • develop the ability to calmly perceive your own experiences, understand them, and only then react to them.
  • consciously and creatively use your high sensitivity to lead a life that benefits both you and others.
