Corona Special

In this course you will practice five exercises in a certain order that will help you get out of Corona better and maybe even benefit from it in the long term.

  4. Hope - U
  5. A-H - Reverence

Please be aware that if you are ill or have a fever, you normally do not do eurythmy therapy or only do it very, very carefully. That is why we  recommend that you only start eurythmy therapy when you are feeling well enough again.
